Once you pay $999 via Stripe, Kenny personally reviews your transcript, researches and validates options, and hand-curates the report — that's why it takes 48 hours, not 48 seconds. You get specific tool and process recommendations tailored to your business, each with its own monthly subscription cost, setup time, and hours saved per week, plus a sequenced quick-wins plan you can work through at your own pace.
45 to 60 minute review
You and Kenny walk through the report live. Questions get answered, recommendations get pressure-tested against your specifics, and a clear path forward gets sketched out. The hour is also yours for any other AI-related questions you've been chewing on — bring them. No pressure to buy anything else.

What the assessment gives you is a leg up: customized research, clear prioritization, and a live call with me to make sure you have the confidence to act. Setup help, if you want it.
If you're running at 100 miles an hour and your bandwidth is going into other parts of the business — or you'd rather not eat the decision fatigue of every micro-config — I also offer a one-time setup service for whichever recommendations you'd like help with. Ongoing support, if it makes sense.
Every setup comes with 30 to 60 days of support included. After that, if you'd rather have an AI partner who already knows your business sticking around, a small monthly retainer is on the table. We only get into it on the review call, and only when it genuinely makes sense for both of us.
An honest note on availability.
My time is limited. I'm only working with a handful of businesses at any given time, so the setup and retainer paths depend on current capacity. Sometimes the answer will be “not right now” — and that's fine. The assessment and review call are yours either way.
